IF YOU’RE INTERESTED IN ONE OF THE PETS HERE MAKE SURE TO RESEARCH A LOT MORE BEFORE CONSIDERING PURCHASING ONE‼️
We're planning to buy a 80cm x 45 x 45 terrarium for our mancave and want to put in, if possible, multiple species.
Anybody got suggestions what animals go well together? Thanks!
This video has to be a joke
Leopard geckos are not low maintenance. I had one myself and they require very specific care.
look at these maintenance-less pets that need a good bit of maintenance and time and money
Leopard gecko's are NOT low maintenance either. 20 gallon is the absolute MINIMUM for adult geckos and should NOT be co habitated. You also need to supplement their diet with vitamins and minerals with D3, Calcium and get the proper heating and bulbs. Remember to also take care of the feeder insects as a healthy feeder is a healthy gecko. They are easy to get a set up for but I easily spent hundreds of dollars trying to adjust and reconfigure my baby's habitat. I have a 35 gallon tempered glass tank, a deep heat projector bulb as well as a UVB bulb, slate flooring, a heat mat, 3 separate hides (one warm, one cold one moist) and remember, bigger is better. Your geckos tank can almost never be too big. I've seen some 50 gallon setups that seem awesome. They're like all generic reptiles and they're crepuscular, meaning you won't see much of them during the day. This is only a small fraction of the things you should read and study up on. No pet is truly low maintenance but as far as this list goes, axolotls and some reptiles should not be here.
Why does low maintenance mean bugs and lizards? Like… seriously. Except for lizards… bugs are not pets. They are pests and they need to die!
Axolotls are actually pretty high maintenance and complicated to keep.
I currently have a wolf spider as an office pet in a 3 gal tank. They're very fun to look at and low maintenance. I feed him live mealworms every other day. Good eater. Meal time is often a spectacle for me and my coworkers as we watch him pounce on his breakfast.
One don’t get gel farms for ants they will die two the ants u bye on Amazon don’t come with a queen the only pets on this list I recommend are the invertibrits a couple I would add however are stag beetles rhino beetles milipedes and jumping spiders have a good day
axolotls cannot be anymore high maintenance. Replace the axolotl with a hedgehog and we’ll be good 🙂
Leopard Geckos are not low maintenance bruh, they eat live insects which means you need to keep large reserves of live mealworms, centipedes etc and you have to feed those insects frequently so that they grow big and fat enough for the Leopard Gecko to eat.
When you're in NY, bugs aren't a pet. They are a fucking pest. Whoever has roaches as pets needs to get on their meds.
This is a terrible list lol the animals are great but half of them are def not low maintenance
I agree with everything except axolotl
Dis guy knows less than his supposedly good pet rock
do you recommend crayfish
In the uk I’m pretty sure you can’t get newts
Green anoles ARE NOT for first timers , trust me, I have 3. They’re incredibly fast, they need conisistant humidity, specific diet
So you put axolotl but not roly polies?
Ants? Roaches? Tarantulas? This list sucks
leopord geckos require at least 40 gallon tanks
